A Message from the President
Carnell Sales, through our website www.thebigbearingstore.com and www.seatsunlimited.com, is becoming one of the largest distributors of agricultural and industrial replacement parts on the internet.
Since our founding in 2005, Carnell Sales, Inc. has been committed to offering the broadest selection of replacement parts, as well as providing the best service possible to our customers. Unlike many other online retailers, we stock over 95% of the products listed on our site here in our 36,000 sf warehouse. This gives us the ability to supply customers our products in a streamline manner. Other drop ship style websites never touch the product they are selling and have no idea in regards to their product quality and availability. In the rare situation when we do have to drop ship a product from one of our suppliers (less than 5% of the time) we make sure to tell you and give you updates all along the way.
We are customer-driven. Our service and support systems have been specifically designed to respond to the needs of our customers. These systems are continually reviewed and modified to respond to changes as we work to achieve the "ultimate" level of customer service.
